1. Professional Services & No Advice Disclaimer

Linden & Ledger provides premium bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, and financial reporting. We are not a law firm, tax firm, or investment advisory. Our services consist of general financial information and record-keeping; we do not provide legal, tax, audit, or investment advice. Clients should consult with qualified professionals for specific tax or legal matters.

2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

Our services are available to small business owners operating within the United States. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and will use Linden & Ledger for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to provide fraudulent information or use our services to facilitate illegal activities.

3. Client Responsibilities & Accuracy

Accuracy is a shared commitment. Linden & Ledger relies on the information provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that all financial documents, bank statements, and business records provided to us are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or missing client data.

4. Fees, Billing & Scheduling

Service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon billing cycle. Consultations must be scheduled in advance; cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid rescheduling fees. Late payments may result in a disruption of services and additional late fees as permitted by law.

5. Confidentiality & Liability

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business records provided to us. However, Linden & Ledger's liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Governing law for any disputes shall be the laws of the State of Minnesota, where our primary operations are situated.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the incident.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Linden & Ledger reserves the right to update these terms at any time by posting changes to this page.
